Making Holiday Crafts is a fun way to make memories with the kids and spend time together as a family. We love decorating the whole house with crafts the kids made during the Holiday season. This easy Christmas Cardboard craft for Preschoolers is a fun craft to use up those Amazon and target boxes, that we all probably have wayyy too many of.
To me, there is just nothing more fun than seeing my kids get all excited for Christmas. Decorating the house, baking cookies, and making Holiday crafts are things they look forward to every year. The Holidays are also a super busy season for many families and preparing crafts and activities can be time-consuming.
For this Christmas craft you don’t need to buy any supplies, just use whatever you have on hand. I love crafts for the kids that don’t need a ton of supplies and where they can just get creative with whatever we have available. It’s a perfect way to use up some of the cardboard boxes that we have piling up everywhere.

Christmas Cardboard Craft for Preschoolers
What you need:
- Cardboard
- Scissors
- Pom Poms, Sequins, Card stock, or anything else you want to add to the Gingerbread Men
First, you need to cut out the Gingerbread People. I used a cookie cutter to see what kind of shape I wanted, but feel free to just draw it any size or shape you want.
Now the kids can just decorate the little Gingerbread people with pom poms, buttons, or color them. My girls had a ton of fun making these cute little gingerbread men and women.
Wasn’t this such a fun and easy Christmas Craft?! I hope this gives you some inspiration to reuse those amazon boxes and get creative.
