Advent Calendars are a great tradition leading up to the days until Christmas. I’ve always looked forward to opening a little window on my Advent Calendar as a kid. If you are looking for an Advent Calendar or a Christmas Countdown that does not require a lot of prep work, this printable children’s Christmas Countdown Activity Calendar is perfect, because it gets children excited about each day they can cut off a piece of Santa’s beard and knowing they are getting a day closer to Christmas each day.
While opening little gifts each day leading up to Christmas is great for children, for adults, it is extra stressful to craft and fill 24 little gifts for an Advent Calendar, let alone for multiple siblings. When I found the idea of an Advent Countdown Calendar on the internet, I was excited. Christmas time can be overwhelming as is, with wrapping gifts, attending Christmas parties, baking Christmas cookies, and the list goes on.
